Common interests as far as what we like to post.

A good combination of personal posts and regular posts. I like to feel like I know a bit about the people I follow.

Consistency is posts. I don’t want to follow someone who only posts a few times per week.

A general niceness and lack of cockiness.

Though a lot of one of these can substitute for a lack in another.
